ABI’s subsidiary built the following systems for BAT: (1)Visitor Management System to manage all BAT China’s visitors using re- printable smartcard and touch screen technology; (2) FATE which is a project management system to measure the performance of IT staff and to encourage self-management in job responsibilities, and proactive approach to career development, as well as develop a more flexible workforce for improved productivity; (3) Overheads Project Reporting System to support the BAT Asia-Pacific Regional Support Unit to automate the quarterly project reporting process.
